All-In-One Water Cleaner

• Always start with fresh, clean water in your ice bath.

• Add 1 cap (1 Fl oz) using the bottle cap, of Water Cleaner per 80 gallons of water when you first fill your ice bath.

• Every 7 days add an additional 0.5 fl oz of Water Cleaner per 80 gallons of water to your ice bath to keep your water clean and fresh.

Every ice bath is unique! Factors like bather load, frequency of use, and the environment can all affect water quality.

To ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience:

• Regularly assess your water: Pay attention to its clarity and overall appearance. If it appears cloudy, discolored, or has an unusual odor, it's time for a refresh, even if you haven't reached the 3-4 week mark.
• Consider usage: If your ice bath gets a lot of use or is exposed to high levels of debris (e.g., leaves, dirt) or potential sources of bacteria, you may need to replace the water more frequently.
• Water Chemistry: The effectiveness of Water Cleaner can be influenced by the specific chemistry of your water source. If you notice that the product doesn't seem to be maintaining water quality as expected, you may need to adjust your cleaning routine or consult with a water treatment specialist.

• For optimal hygiene, replace the water in your ice bath every 3-4 weeks, even with regular use of Water Cleaner.

• Mixing: After adding the cleaner, mix the water thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
• Wait Time: It is not necessary to wait a specific amount of time before using the ice bath after adding Cleaner, just make sure that the product has been thoroughly mixed into the water!
• Adjustments: You may need to adjust the amount of Cleaner used based on the frequency of use, bather load, and water quality.

• Dilution is essential: Water Cleaner MUST be diluted according to these instructions before use. Never add undiluted product directly to the ice bath.
• Avoid contact with eyes: In case of contact, flush eyes with clean fresh water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• Keep out of reach of children: Store Water Cleaner securely and out of reach of children.
• Concentration: The initial concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the Cleaner is 5 percent.
• Dilution: After diluting with the recommended water levels, the dilution of hydrogen peroxide in the cleaner should be 0.00025 percent.
