Setup

Step 1 — Lay out the pod shell

  1. Open the pod shell fully and lay it flat on the floor.
  2. Identify the long sides - these are where you'll build the main frame.

Step 2 — Build the side frame on the first
long side

You’ll complete the entire first side before repeating on the opposite side.

A. Insert the 3 short poles on Side 1

  1. Locate the three vertical fabric sleeves on one long wall.
  2. Slide three short poles down into these sleeves (These form your vertical supports)

B. Assemble and install the bottom medium pole

  1. Take one medium pole.
  2. Attach one T-connector to the centre.
  3. Slide the two fabric support bands onto the pole:
    - One band on each side of the centre T-connector
    - Loose ends facing downward (toward the base)
  4. Attach end brackets to both ends of the medium pole.
  5. Connect this bottom rail to the short poles:
    - Insert the bottom ends of the three short poles into the brackets and the centre T-connector

C. Assemble and install the top medium pole

  1. Take another medium pole.
  2. Attach a centre T-connector.
  3. Add end brackets to both ends.
  4. Connect the top ends of the short poles into this rail:
    - One short pole into each end bracket
    - One short pole into the centra T
  5. Apply gentle pressure if needed to slot the securely.

✅Your first full side frame is now complete.

Step 3 — Build the side frame on the
second long side

Repeat the same structure on Side 2.

A. Insert the 3 short poles on Side 2

  1. Find the three vertical sleeves on the other long wall.
  2. Insert three short poles down into these sleeves

B. Build and connect the bottom medium pole

  1. Take another medium pole.
  2. Add a centre T-connector.
  3. Take the fabric support bands hanging from Side 1 and:
    - Run them flat under the base
    -
Make sure they are smooth and not twisted
  4. Wrap or attach the band ends around the bottom medium pole of Side 2.
  5. Add end brackets to both ends.
  6. Connect the bottom ends of the three short poles into the upward-facing ports.

C. Build and connect the top medium pole

  1. Prepare the final medium pole with:
    - A centre T-connector
    - End brackets on each end
  2. Insert the top ends of the three short poles into the rail to finish Side 2.

Optional — Flex the frame

Lightly fold or rock the two sides toward each other to:

  1. Help the fabric stretch and settle
  2. Ensure the support bands lie flat beneath the base
  3. Confirm all connectors are fully clicked in

Avoid sharp or heavy bending.

Step 4 — Install the long end poles

  1. Stand the pod upright.
  2. Take the two long poles with white feet.
  3. At each short end, find the downward-facing sockets on the side frames.
  4. Insert the tops of the long poles into these sockets.
  5. Ensure the white feet sit flat on the ground for stability.

Step 5 — Install the curved top arches

  1. Take the curved poles.
  2. Insert each end of a curved pole into the ports on the top rails of the long sides.
  3. Drop the centre of each curved pole into the socket at the top of the long end pole.

The full frame is now assembled.

Step 6 — Pull the shell up over the frame

  1. Lift the black outer shell upward and wrap it neatly over the entire pole structure.
  2. Adjust the fit so the frame is fully concealed.
  3. Check that the bottom edge is even and that the support bands underneath lie flat.

Step 7 — Inflate the rim

  1. Pull the white interior lining upward — this becomes the inflatable rim.
  2. Locate the inflation valve at one end.
  3. Attach the manual pump.
  4. Inflate until the rim feels firm, stable, and evenly rounded.
  5. Remove the pump and close the valve securely.

🎉Your Long Recovery Pod is ready to
use!
