The Nuvio Red Light Facial Mask delivers seven different light therapy wavelengths to the face and neck area — including red (630nm), blue (460nm), and green (520nm), plus four combination modes. It's a rechargeable, cordless device designed for hands-free light therapy sessions at home. Put it on, choose your light mode, and let it work for up to 10 minutes per session.

Using the Mask

Your mask features two buttons on the controller:

1. Power On/Off (M Button)
   Press and hold for 1.5 seconds to turn on. The mask defaults to Red light mode, 10-minute timer, and Energy Level 1 on startup. Press and hold again to turn off.
2. Light Mode Selection (M Button)
   Short-press or press-and-hold to cycle through seven light modes:
   - Red (630nm)
   - Blue (460nm)
   - Green (520nm)
   - Yellow (520nm + 630nm)
   - Purple (630nm + 460nm)
   - Cyan (520nm + 460nm)
   - White (460nm + 520nm + 630nm)
   
3. Energy Levels (E Button) (D1 minimum, D5 maximum)
   Press and hold the E button to cycle through five intensity levels.
4. Auto Shut-Off
   The mask automatically turns off after 10 minutes.
5. Charging Indicator
   Three red LEDs flash in sequence during charging. All three LEDs stay solid when fully charged.

Step 1 — Unbox & Charge

1. Carefully remove all items from the box.
2. Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the controller's charging port.
3. Plug the other end into a 5V power source.
4. Allow 1–2 hours for a full charge.
5. During charging, three red LED indicators will flash in sequence. When fully charged, all three LEDs stay solid.

Step 2 — Prepare the Mask

1. Attach the fixing straps to the mask for a comfortable, secure fit.
2. Insert the eye protection pieces if desired.
3. Connect the controller to the mask.

Step 3 — Power On & Adjust Settings

1. Press and hold the M button for 1.5 seconds to turn on (defaults to Red light, Energy Level 1, 10-minute timer).
2. Short-press or press-and-hold the M button to select your preferred light mode.
3. Press and hold the E button to cycle through energy levels (D1 → D2 → D3 → D4 → D5).

Step 4 — Wear & Begin Session

1. Place the mask comfortably on your face and adjust the straps for a snug fit.
2. The mask will automatically shut off after 10 minutes.
3. To end a session early, press and hold the M button.
