Setup
1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging and ensure you have all the parts listed in the user manual.
2. Begin by connecting the supporting poles using the provided pole connectors to form the bottom base of the sauna.
3. Then, place the bottom base inside the sauna cover before assembling the sides. This part may feel tight-fitting, but that helps retain heat effectively.
4. Once the base is correctly in place, continue assembling the sides of the sauna, securing the supporting poles and ensuring they fit snugly.
5. Attach the corner brackets at each corner to reinforce the structure. Ensure all connections are firm and stable.
6. Gently pull the cover over the assembled frame, checking it's properly aligned. Leave the cover unzipped for the moment.
7. Place the steam box inside the sauna and align it with the designated opening. Connect the steam box to this opening using the provided shorter tube and tube connector.
8. Attach the longer tube to the steamer unit on the other end of the opening. Fill the steamer unit with water (max. capacity: 2.6L), then securely plug the unit directly into an appropriate power outlet.
9. Place the foldable chair inside the sauna. Using the remote control, select your desired temperature and timer settings for the session.
10. Allow the sauna to preheat for 5-10 minutes to reach the optimal temperature. Once ready, step inside and enjoy your recovery session!

The sauna isn't heating up quickly enough
Please check all of the following:
- Turn on the steamer unit and initially set it to the highest temperature (heating level 9) to quickly reach optimal heat.
- Allow 5-10 minutes for the sauna to fully preheat.
- Once preheated, use the remote control to adjust the temperature and timer settings to your comfort level before beginning your session.
The steamer unit display is flashing red
Please check all of the following:
- Add water to the steamer unit according to the fill guidelines provided (max. capacity: 2.6L).
- Ensure the lid is securely fastened and all tubing connections are properly attached.
- Switch on the unit using the remote control provided or the power button on the steamer.
- Once powered on, use the remote or control panel to select your preferred time and temperature settings.
The sauna isn't reaching the desired temperature
Please check all of the following:
- To help increase the temperature inside the sauna, try opening the white lid on the steam box.
- This allows the steam to escape faster, which helps the sauna reach higher temperatures.
