The Nuvio Red Light Care Cap delivers clinically studied red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) wavelengths directly to the scalp. It's a rechargeable, hands-free device designed for targeted light therapy sessions at home — no cords required during use, no appointments needed. Using the Cap

Your cap features two buttons:

1. Power On/Off
   Long-press to turn on (two beeps, both red and infrared lights activate). Long-press again to turn off (one beep).
2. Brightness Levels (Level 1 minimum, Level 3 maximum)
   Short-press the power button to cycle through three brightness levels.
3. Mode Selection
   Short-press the mode button to cycle between different light patterns:
   - Continuous light (always-on)
   - Pulsed at 10Hz
   - Pulsed at 40Hz
   - Press and hold to return to continuous light
   
4. Auto Shut-Off
   The cap automatically turns off after 20 minutes.
5. Charging Indicator
   Red light flashes during charging. Green light stays solid when fully charged. Indicator turns off when the cable is disconnected.

Step 1 — Unbox & Charge

1. Carefully remove all items from the box.
2. Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the cap's charging port.
3. Plug the other end into a 5V/1A power source.
4. Allow 3–4 hours for a full charge.
5. During charging, the red indicator light will flash. When fully charged, the green light stays solid.

Step 2 — Power On & Adjust Settings

1. Long-press the power button to turn on (two beeps confirm startup — both red and infrared lights activate).
2. Short-press the power button to cycle through brightness levels (Level 1 → 2 → 3).
3. Short-press the mode button to select your preferred light pattern (Continuous → 10Hz → 40Hz).

Step 3 — Wear & Begin Session

1. Place the cap comfortably on your head with the LEDs facing the scalp.
2. The cap will automatically shut off after 20 minutes.
3. To end a session early, long-press the power button (one beep confirms shutdown).
