The Nuvio Red Light Care Belt delivers red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) wavelengths to targeted areas of the body. It's a flexible, wearable wrap designed for hands-free light therapy sessions at home. Plug it in, strap it on, and choose from five intensity levels and three light modes for up to 30 minutes per session.

Using the Belt

Your controller features four primary functions:

1. Power On/Off
   Press and hold to turn the device on or off.
2. Brightness Levels (L1 minimum, L5 maximum)
   Press the "+" button to increase intensity. Press the "−" button to decrease intensity.
3. Mode Selection
   Press the pulse/frequency button to cycle between different light patterns:
   - Continuous light (always-on, default)
   - Pulsed at 10Hz
   - Pulsed at 40Hz
   
4. Timer
   Press the timer button to increase treatment time in 5-minute increments (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes). Default is 20 minutes. The belt automatically shuts off when the timer ends.

Step 1 — Unbox & Connect

1. Carefully remove all items from the box.
2. Connect the controller lead to the belt's power port.
3. Connect the controller to the included 12V/2A AC adapter.
4. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet (110–240V).
5. Alternatively, connect the controller to a 5V mobile power bank using the included boost cable.

Step 2 — Power On & Adjust Settings

1. Press and hold the power button on the controller to turn on.
2. Press the "+" or "−" button to select your preferred brightness level (L1–L5).
3. Press the pulse/frequency button to choose your light mode (Continuous, 10Hz, or 40Hz).
4. Press the timer button to set your session length (default is 20 minutes, max 30 minutes).

Step 3 — Position & Begin Session

1. Wrap the belt around the target area and secure it comfortably.
2. The belt will automatically shut off when the timer ends.
3. To end a session early, press and hold the power button.

Your belt is now ready to go!

• Unplug the belt immediately if you notice unusual heat, noise, smell, smoke, or irregular behavior.
• Do not operate the unit if any cables, connectors, or plugs appear damaged.
• Do not leave the unit unattended whilst powered on.
• Always unplug the device before cleaning.
• Clean the plastic (TPU) surface using mild soap, minimal water, antibacterial wipes, or gentle disinfectant spray.
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers, bleach, solvents, or alcohol-based cleaners.
• Never submerge any component in water.
• Ensure the belt is fully dry reconnecting power.
• Store away in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or extreme temperatures.
• Do not stack heavy objects on the belt or storage bag.
